Simple Hack to Upgrade Your Health

One of the simplest things you can do to upgrade your health:

ditch artificial fragrance.

It can be so easy to get overwhelmed with all the low-tox recommendations around – it seems there’s a new reel every day telling us of the dangers of this or that.

But honestly, it is genuinely simple.

Start with what your spray over your thyroid and wrists each day. Replace with a safe alternative or just ditch it all together. No one actually needs to walk around smelling like whatever chemical concoction is in the latest celebrity spritz.

Once you’ve done that, move on to the other personal and household care products you own. Pick ONE each month. Just one. Switch it for something that doesn’t contain artificial fragrance. Move on to a different product next month.

Zero overwhelm. Zero stress. Huge impact on your health.


Artificial fragrance has been linked to reproductive and developmental toxicity, skin irritation and headache.

So perhaps a better question is why not?
